Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach

About the role

The Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach will support the head coach in developing and implementing volleyball programs, managing team practices, and preparing players for competitive matches.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and executing volleyball training sessions.
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and strategies.
• Manage team logistics, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Attend games and tournaments to provide game-day support and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field.
• Experience coaching volleyball at the high school or collegiate level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations.
• Experience with video analysis tools.
