Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service by identifying and recommending bank products and services to fulfill their needs.
- Process routine transactions such as receiving checks and cash for deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, issuing receipts, issuing cashier’s checks, cashing checks, paying out funds.
- Proactively transition customers and prospects to achieve individual, team and organizational sales and service goals.
- Afford assistance to customers with account changes or inquiries as well as any issues or questions they may have.
- Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
- Comply with Minnwest Bank policies and procedures as well as state and federal banking laws and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months cash handling and customer service experience
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Dependable, organized team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers in a clear, effective professional manner
- Willing to continuously learn and grow within the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year associate degree
- 1 to 2 years of consumer account openings, closings, and maintenance
- Ability to multi-task, be organized, effective time management
- Is able to work alone or within a team setting
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
Pay Range
Pay Range: $16-$18/hour

Schedule
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm, Rotating Saturdays 9 am - 12 pm
