Job Summary

As an Assistant Unit Manager at Mitra QSR, you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to oversee three key areas of our business:

• Our Employees: Oversee day-to-day operations, nurture, grow, and retain your team, and build a culture of excellent customer service
• Our Customers: Ensure your team delivers great food with a smile, served quickly in a clean restaurant
• Our Restaurants: Maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and overall operations to ensure a safe and efficient environment

Requirements

• 1 year management experience preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID
• Must pass a criminal background check and be able to manage minors
• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
• Able to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
• Willing to have fun and be part of the Mitra culture
