Assistant Underwriter
About the role
The Assistant Underwriter will assist and support the underwriting function by ensuring information submitted is complete and accurate for rating of new business, renewals, and mid-term changes. They will provide a cursory review of risk to aid in the underwriting process and perform other duties as requested.

- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (professional work experience can be substituted for a degree)
- Proficient mathematical ability, especially decimals and percentages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
