About the role
Hourly position at FY27 rate of $19.20. Average 5 hours per month, typically Wednesday 5:30–7:30 on the warrant cycle.
Responsibilities
- Process turnover schedules and prepare bank deposit
- Run checks through the RCD system
- Sign and prepare Vendor checks for mailing
- Assist Treasurer with reports, filing and research
- Shred documents
- Provide support in Treasurer's absence
