About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant to support a Talent Partner/Manager based out of our Culver City office. This is not a starter desk. All applicants must have at least one year of assistant experience (agency/talent experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handling client appointments
• Managing travel and schedule for manager and clients
• Heavy phones
• Overall office upkeep

This is a high-volume and demanding desk, but an incredible opportunity and learning experience for the right, self-motivated candidate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant at an agency, management company, or entertainment company
• Interest in a career in talent management
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities
• Understanding and adherence of desk responsibilities while thinking creatively when necessary
• Proven ability to manage up, manage your own time, and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
• Excellent communication skills with a charismatic personality
• Strong attention to detail
