Assistant to Staff Manager

About the role

Osmar Cleaners is looking for a dependable and organized Assistant to the Staff Manager to help coordinate our residential cleaning teams and support daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and working with people.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and daily job coordination for cleaning staff.
• Communicate with team members regarding assignments and updates.
• Track attendance, time, and performance.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain staff records and documentation.
• Help manage last-minute schedule changes or call-outs.
• Assist with uniforms and supply coordination.
• Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Administrative, scheduling, or office experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Comfortable using email, text communication, and basic computer programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and carry over 35 lbs of cleaning supplies or equipment.

Pay

$600 – $800 per week (based on experience and performance).

Schedule

Must be available at the office by 7:30 AM. End time varies based on daily operations (latest end time is 5:30 PM). Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend support if needed.
