About the Role

The Assistant TLC Leader manages all aspects of the facility’s operations, focusing on safety, customer service, and the inbound and outbound flow of products. This role ensures company assets are protected, the distribution center maintains a safe and clean working environment, and all corporate operational policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the facility’s “back shop” operations.
  • Oversee the flow of inbound and outbound products.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
  • Ensure company assets are properly protected.
  • Adhere to all corporate operational policies and procedures.
  • Act as TLC Manager in their absence.
  • Open and close the facility as required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience with a focus on operations and warehouse management.
  • Experience with KPI management.
  • Supervisor or management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.

Skills

  • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Experience driving day-to-day operations within a warehouse environment.
  • Logistics excellence.

Pay

Pay range: $30–$37 per hour.
