Assistant Territory Market Manager
About the role
Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, is seeking an Automotive Market Assistant Manager to support and guide a team of Photo Reps and Account Managers who serve automotive dealerships. This role offers opportunities for growth and upward mobility.
Responsibilities
- Support the Market Manager with daily operations and team scheduling
- Coach and lead a team of photo and service reps
- Build relationships with local car dealerships
- Conduct quality checks on services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate on local strategies to grow services and improve performance
- Occasionally visit dealerships to support new products or service opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of team leadership or assistant management experience (automotive or service industries)
- A passion for leading by example and building strong teams
- A customer-focused mindset with basic tech and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some travel may be required)
- Automotive knowledge is a plus—but not required

This role offers a compensation of approximately $40,000 plus commission.
