Responsibilities

• Organizing, sorting, and processing packaged food products for donation
• Executing tasks such as inspection, breakdown, cleaning, and stacking of organic material bins
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and reporting concerns to Lead Technician or Managers
• Operating hand pallet jacks
• Assisting Lead Technician with basic tasks and other operational activities
• Participating in shift handoff meetings, trainings, and other meetings
• Performing other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, standing, walking, sitting, kneeling
• Comfortable operating equipment and performing repetitive tasks
• Able to handle changes in temperature, humidity, and wetness

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
• 6-12 months working experience preferred
• Experience with hand pallet jacks preferred
• Basic computer proficiency and mathematical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (preferred)
• Willingness to work overtime
