Responsibilities

• Executes on various tasks including inspection, breakdown, cleaning, and stacking of organic material bins
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and escalates concerns to Lead Technician or Managers in real time
• Operates hand pallet jacks
• Affords assistance with basic PM tasks and other operational activities as assigned
• Participates in all shift handoff meetings, scheduled trainings, and other meetings as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, standing, walking, sitting, kneeling
• Comfortable operating equipment and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Able to handle potential changes in temperature, humidity, and wetness in working areas

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
• Preferred 6-12 months maintenance, industrial maintenance, or auto mechanic experience
• Preferred experience operating pressure washers and hand pallet jacks
• Basic computer proficiency and mathematical skills
• Preferred ability and comfort with performing routine tasks
• Preferred demonstrated strong written and verbal communication in English
• Willing to work overtime
