Job Summary

Responsible for loading and unloading work trucks, assisting with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations, performing light equipment maintenance, and taking precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Company's commercial auto policy at standard rates (without surcharge).

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Absorb and assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations
  • Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs
  • Perform light equipment maintenance and clean-up duties
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment (training provided)
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
  • Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Insurable under the Company's commercial auto policy at standard rates (without surcharge)

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | occasional weekends
