Responsibilities
- Performs phlebotomy and specimen collections.
- Affirms and maintains the quality of specimens.
- Communicates with patients and customers.
- Affirms specimens.
- Supports urine drug screen collections and industrial screenings as required.
- Supports life-long learning.
- Completes assigned goals.
Specifications
- Experience: Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred/Desired: Approved phlebotomy training program.
- Education: Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred/Desired: Training as acquired in an approved phlebotomy training program.
- Skills: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively in written, oral, and verbal formats to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. Basic computer literacy.
