ECS Limited is offering a unique opportunity for a talented and certified Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Assistant Team Leader to join our Lubbock team. The Assistant Team Leader supports the coordination, supervision, and development of field staff while assisting in the execution of construction materials testing operations. This role combines field and office responsibilities, including technician scheduling support, training, equipment management, and project coordination. The Assistant Team Leader serves as an emerging field leader, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a positive customer service attitude and demonstrating ECS Core Values.
