The Program Assistant/Teacher Aide is an entry-level position that ensures comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families enrolled in the program. This role assists staff in creating rich learning opportunities within the Center environment, building on daily routines to support each child's development and education.
Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

About the organization
Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout Arkansas via Early Head Start and Head Start programs.
