Assistant Teacher - No Previous Experience
Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Social and emotional development of each child
- Positive and effective family relations
- Collaboration with the lead teacher and entire faculty
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- Relationship building and effective communication with children, parents, and faculty
- Empathy and compassion for young children
- Dependable and adaptable, enjoys teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calmly addresses stressful situations professionally
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
