Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Engage in physical activity with children, both indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Passion for working with children and energetic, dependable personality.

Pay

$14.74–$15.31 hourly, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
