Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Requirements

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.

Pay

• Asst teachers - Lead Teachers: Pay $14.74 - $16.08 hourly base rate, plus an additional $2.00/hour paid as a bi-weekly grant-funded bonus (Total effective pay: $16.74 – $18.08/hour, contingent on continued grant funding, valid for only this location.)

Schedule

• Monday-Friday work week.
