Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Passion for working with children.

Pay

Assistant Teachers: $15.41 - $16.01 hourly, with bi-weekly and daily pay options. Pay is based on position, education, and experience.

Lead Teachers: $15.00 - $17.50 hourly base rate, plus an additional $2.00/hour paid as a bi-weekly grant-funded bonus (total effective pay: $15.00 – $19.50/hour, contingent on continued grant funding and valid for this location only).

Schedule

Monday-Friday work week.
