About the role

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child, maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized, and develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. You’ll complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Passion for working with children.

Pay

Compensation range of $12.06–$12.53 based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

Schedule

Monday–Friday work week.
