About the role

Being a teacher at a child care center is something special. We’re hiring difference makers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners. Assistant Teachers play a key role in maintaining a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized while following all licensing guidelines and company standards.

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom environment.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children.

Pay

$16.48 - $17.12 hourly, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
