About the role

Responsibilities

• Teach children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Implement Big Blue Marble Academy’s curriculum and classroom management tools
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Support the overall growth and development of children
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid state teaching license
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
