About the role
The Goddard School located in Edmond off Covell is an early childhood education center currently seeking Full Time Teachers.
Responsibilities
- Meet the individual needs of children and their families
- Interact with children to support learning through play and exploration
- Implement developmentally appropriate classroom management strategies to ensure success for all students
- Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
- Comply with all Quality Assurance and state standards to ensure each child's safety and well-being
- Create a nurturing and positive learning environment to develop a life-long love of learning for all children
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior classroom experience (Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool)
- Strong written and communication skills
- Displays fluency in written and oral communication
- A strong desire to mold and shape the minds of young children
