- Program Management: Assist in the planning and execution of programs to meet the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives.
- Compliance and Regulations: Comply with and assist in all related areas including EEC licensing procedures and regulations, NAEYC criterion, DOE-CACFP mandates, implementation of Work Sampling Assessment Tool (Quincy), High Scope COR (Hanover), and alignment to MA Curriculum Frameworks/Common Core MA Standards.

Facility Management
- Work with the Early Learning Director to ensure program facilities and equipment are safe, clean, adequately equipped, well maintained, and attractive.

- Engage and assist in the supervision of volunteers.
Community Involvement & Support
- Assist in YMCA fund-raising activities/events.
- Engage in collaborative relationships with community organizations to strengthen support and build community.

Qualifications
- Currently attending or High School graduate.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- The ability to develop positive, effective working relationships with staff, children & families, volunteers, school administrators, members, community leaders, and other agencies is critical to this position.
