About the role
Beck's Montessori Accelerated Learning Center in Eagan is a licensed childcare center seeking an Assistant Teacher to support their Infant classroom.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Assist the Lead Teacher in all aspects of the development and implementation of the educational environment and curriculum.
- Develops positive relationships with children and families.
- Participates in professional development activities designated by the Director.
- Maintains a neat, clean, well-organized, and attractive prepared environment consistent with Montessori pedagogy.
- Ensures that the classroom and associated areas (including playground) meet all licensing, safety, and health requirements.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
Qualifications
- MN ECE Assistant Teacher Qualified
- Previous experience in a licensed classroom setting
- Montessori experience preferred

$15-18/hr. based on education and experience

Monday - Friday, Full-time
