Join Northwest Center Kids as an Assistant Teacher and support Lead Teachers in developing and implementing positive, nurturing, and stimulating programs tailored to the individual developmental needs of children from birth to five years. This position is part of a dynamic team within an inclusive early learning environment where children with and without disabilities learn and grow together.

This position falls under a collective bargaining agreement with the SEIU Local 925 union.

Responsibilities
- Support Lead Teachers in developing and implementing individualized programs for children from birth to five years.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment suited to children’s developmental needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Requirements
- High School diploma.
- Candidates with one or more years of Early Childhood Education experience will be given preference.

Pay
Wage range: $23.18 - $29.75 per hour.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM - 6 PM.
Location
Downtown Seattle.
