Assistant Teacher

We are seeking Assistant Teachers who love to help, engage, and learn. Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Engage in physical activity with children, both indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
• Energetic, dependable, and committed to the Montessori Method.
