You’ll complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics, helping you inspire children to become lifelong learners.
Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
- Observe, assess, and plan for children’s development.
- Communicate effectively with families.
- Engage in physical activity with children, both indoors and outdoors.
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.
