About the role
This is more than just a daycare job—it’s a journey where you learn, grow, thrive, and play every day. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.

Pay
$16.48–$17.12 hourly, with bi-weekly and daily pay options. Compensation is based on position, education, and experience.

Monday–Friday work week.
