Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and interactive environment that fosters age-appropriate learning using the High Scope curriculum.
- Collaborate with and support the Lead Toddler Teacher to implement the curriculum effectively.
- Engage in daily activities designed to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of toddlers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prioritize a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience with Toddlers in a classroom setting or as a private nanny is preferred.
- Able to pass a background screening including fingerprinting.
- Have reliable transportation.

- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Pass a background check.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with children and adults.
- Knowledge of the High Scope curriculum.

Pay
Pay range $15-$19/hour (based on certification or degree plus years of experience in early childhood education)
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
