Assistant Swim/Dive Coach

Qualifications

• Prior coaching responsibilities preferred but not required
• CPR and First Aid Certified required
• Criminal records check required prior to starting in position

Responsibilities

• Organizing practices and games
• Preparing budget recommendations for the Athletic Director
• Monitoring academic progress of student athletes throughout the school year
• Issuing and collecting uniforms
• Applying simple first aid procedures
• Providing orientation of a sound program to all pupil participants
• Communicating with college and university coaches regarding student athlete attributes
• Assisting qualified players in identifying colleges or universities and educating them on the college recruiting process
• Other related responsibilities as designated by the Athletic Director
