About the role
The Assistant Swim Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of swim team operations, including training sessions, meets, and recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing training sessions for swimmers
- Support the recruitment process for new swimmers
- Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement training programs
- Attend and assist at swim meets to provide support to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for swimming and working with young athletes
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
