Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Section Head.
- Strictly perform part inspections at respective site as per drawing and control plan.
- To ensure all documentation relating to inspection are correctly filled.
- Approve and check the 1st piece and last piece for Production to run the order.
- Ensure that parts rejected found at respective site are identified with rejection sticker and segregated.
- Where applicable, to ensure all rejected parts found are kept in red bin.
- To immediately feedback on occurrence on non-conformance at Production to Section Head.
- Ensure that all QA test equipment used are kept in order.
- Ensure that important reports such as Daily IPOA rejection summary, Issuance of CAR, Weekly IPQA Report or any other report requested by the Management are generated accordingly.
- Responsible to stop production to correct any Quality problem.
- To ensure that 5S and filling are practiced and followed.
- To carry out any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field or higher qualification.
