Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address project needs.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the management team.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Manage construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the construction field, particularly within the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have ground up commercial construction experience-AHCA preferred.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $99,000 to $121,000 USD annually.
