The Assistant Superintendent will support construction projects in Lebanon, NH, ensuring on-site operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves close collaboration with the Superintendent to oversee project timelines, quality, and safety.Client DetailsOffice location: Quincy, MA Team Size: 25Annual Revenue: 105M booked in for the next year and halfProject locations: Greater Boston and New HampshireProjects: Commercial & Residential- Multifamily, Schools, Retail, Restaurants, education centers, etc. New construction, Renos & Tenant Fit outsSells of the business: Currently growing with a very strong pipeline through 2026. Healthy mix of renos and ground up projectsDescriptionAssist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow and resolve on-site challenges.Monitor compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.Support the Superintendent in maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.Inspect work progress and provide feedback to ensure adherence to project specifications.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.Help manage materials delivery and inventory to avoid project delays.Ensure proper site cleanliness and organization to promote a safe working environment.ProfileA successful Assistant Superintendent should have:Experience with construction project management, including scheduling and quality control.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with various teams.Detail-oriented mindset to ensure project specifications are met.Ability to adapt to changing project needs and resolve issues promptly.Job OfferCompetitive annual salary between $80,000 and $95,000.Access to a 401(k) retirement plan.Permanent position with opportunities to contribute to impactful projects.
