Assistant Superintendent for District Development

About the role

The Assistant Superintendent for District Development will monitor and coordinate instructional leadership/teaching and learning, activities, resources, structures, and processes related to schools. They will also provide leadership and oversight to district communications as well as supervision and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate instructional leadership/teaching and learning, activities, resources, structures, and processes related to schools.
• Provide leadership and oversight to district communications.
• Supervise and evaluate staff.

Requirements

• Experience and expertise in developing community partnerships is preferred.
• Certification preferred: 010 Superintendent of Schools and/or 015 Assistant Superintendent of Schools or Master’s Degree in Education Leadership or other relevant discipline required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education Leadership or other relevant discipline required.
