Opportunity

We are expanding our team and seeking talented General Construction professionals to join our innovative data center project. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the growth of the data center industry.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) + years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, commercial or industrial projects
  • Experience working on Commercial or Industrial projects with budgets of at least $15M
  • Experience in MEP, Concrete, Steel, Underground Utilities, Fire Alarm, Building Finishes and Enclosure systems
  • A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control
  • Experience supervising, motivating and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Successful background maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Strategy: Plan and supervise construction activities, determine methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules. Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate work with different crafts, departments, or contractors. Resolve construction problems and maintain communication with unions.
  • Resource Management: Monitor compliance with safety programs and document corrective measures. Ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support project schedules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress through metrics and reporting, adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with regulations.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and improve project outcomes through innovative technologies or methodologies.
