Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
- Train and mentor junior staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
