The company is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for its XXXX regional office to assist the Superintendent in delivering successful projects through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost control, collaboration with stakeholders, and superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Support Zero-Injury Program
- Site and building layout
- Support built-in quality construction process
- Understand drawings and specifications
- Support day to day supervision and coordination of construction activities
- Expedite building component & materials to maintain schedule
- Help develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction experience required (including internships and co-ops)
- Advanced training in construction management preferred
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled with technology
- Ability to work non-traditional hours
