Assistant Superintendent

About the role
Step into a field leadership role where you'll work side by side with experienced Superintendents to deliver complex healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects while developing the skills needed to lead projects of your own. As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll be actively involved in coordinating subcontractors, managing daily field operations, supporting schedule execution, and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in the areas of construction management or engineering. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Five years industry experience and two years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the person’s ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle for business travel purposes.
Nice to Have
- Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred
- Awareness of the general construction, structural steel installation, crane setup, crane capacity, masonry, millwright work, heavy rigging, and critical lift plans
Pay
Anticipated salary range: $137,000.00–$180,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
