About the role
Hot 8 Yoga is a premier hot yoga studio located in California and New York City. Our studio embodies the practice we teach and is committed to connection and purpose-driven work. We offer a variety of class styles and strive to create a clean, spotless, and intentionally hot environment.
We are seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our team. Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and be prepared to teach multiple classes including Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, and Yin.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, and training teachers and front desk staff
- Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
- Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
- Tracking studio budget
- Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
- Processing payroll
- Overseeing inventory
- Leading teacher trainings
- Leading and managing teachers and front desk staff
