Assistant Studio Manager - Naples

About the role

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. This position is a great stepping stone for those looking to advance in management.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Finding and following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Requirements

• Passionate, positive, and detail-oriented personality
• Ability to talk to anyone
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a fitness setting is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
