Responsibilities

• Lead the team and promote Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
• Assist studio manager with membership retention and attrition
• Consistently lead by example to create a friendly environment: welcome and assist guests, respond quickly to questions and needs
• Hold all team members to the highest level of accountability to exceed salon expectations
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet guests
• Lead and assist in all training of administrative tasks (filing, data entry) for guest records and surveys
• Prepare guest records for services
• Participate in special events to promote the studio
• Maintain cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio, and public areas (including restroom)
• Set expectations for team regarding quality service by enforcing organization standards
• Assist general manager with social media uploads

Requirements

• Passion for managing, training, and teaching; desire for a long‑term, profitable, stable career as a manager
• Strong work ethic: responsible, punctual, dependable, self‑motivated
• Ability to problem‑solve in a timely manner (in absence of the general manager) and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
