Business Development$25–$27/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the team? Actually headings: About the role? The posting includes "About The Team", "Overview of the Assistant Manager of Sales and Service role", "Responsibilities", "Criteria", "Physical Requirements", "Benefits Just For You", "Your Journey in Continued Learning", "About Us". We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map headings accordingly. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? It says e.g., meaning examples. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content about: About the Team (mission, values). Overview of the role (support management, etc). Responsibilities (list). Criteria (skills, experience). Physical Requirements (mobility, lifting, availability). Benefits (compensation, pay range, discount, 401k, wellness, paid vacations, health benefits, etc). Your Journey in Continued Learning (development plans, performance appraisals, cross-brand opportunities, online learning, leadership development). About Us (company description). Also there is Pay range given: $25.00-$27.00 per hour. So we can have a Pay section. Schedule? Not explicitly given except availability requirements (full-time open availability, part-time flex weekend shifts). That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Remove those. We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add a heading for Assistant Manager of Sales and Service. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

    About the Team

    ... mission ... values ...

    Overview of the Role

... support management team ... role model ... store supervision ...

    Responsibilities

    • Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals
    • ... etc. We need to include each responsibility as list items. Responsibilities list from posting: - Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals - Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed from a sales and tactical perspective while serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and service by prioritizing the customer experience - Reinforce customer service principles by coaching staff on their successes and challenges - Utilize Selling Essentials and training resources to educate team on product, improve selling skills and achieving business goals - Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity in accordance with our People-First Philosophy - Ensure timely resolution of client service issues including delivery/pick-up and outstanding issues through effective use and management of client information reporting system We'll put each as
    • . Next: Criteria (skills, experience). Could be heading "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have criteria: Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills; Superior critical thinking skills...; Great time management skills...; 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field. Also maybe "Physical Requirements" separate. We could have

      Requirements

      with
      • ... etc. But we also have Physical Requirements separate; maybe we can combine? The instruction says we can have few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we have distinct categories: skills/experience, physical requirements, schedule. Could combine physical requirements and schedule into a "Requirements" section? Might be okay but we need to preserve all info. Could have separate sections: Requirements (skills/experience), Physical Requirements, Schedule. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. It's okay to have multiple if they are substantive. We'll decide: Use

        Requirements

        for skills/experience.

        Physical Requirements

        for mobility, lifting, availability.

        Schedule

for availability details (full-time open availability, part-time flex weekend shifts). Or we could embed schedule within Physical Requirements. But schedule is about availability, not physical. Might be okay to have separate. Next: Benefits. We have "Benefits Just For You" with compensation package, pay range, discount, 401k, wellness, paid vacations, health benefits, etc. We'll have

        Benefits

        with
        • ... each benefit. Also we have Pay range: $25.00-$27.00 per hour. Could be part of Benefits or separate Pay section. Since we have Benefits section, we can include pay range there. But instruction says we can have Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state pay range. Could create

          Pay

with that info. However we already have Benefits section that includes pay. To avoid duplication, maybe combine pay into Benefits. But we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to have Benefits include pay. So we won't create separate Pay section. Next: Your Journey in Continued Learning. Could be heading "Development" or "Learning". Not in the example list but we can still use

for any section heading; the examples are just examples. So we can use

          Learning & Development

          or

          Your Journey in Continued Learning

. Use the latter as heading. Next: About Us. Could be heading "About the Company" or "About Us". Use

          About Us

. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal-opportunity, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove duplicated lines: "Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer." appears twice; remove. Also remove "San Francisco Locations: ..." and the Fair Chance Ordinance line; that's EEO/legal; remove. Also remove "WSI will not now or in the future commence an immigration case..." that's immigration sponsorship line; remove. Also remove "This role is not eligible for relocation assistance." maybe keep? It's a detail about benefits? Could be considered part of benefits but it's a negative; maybe keep as it's substantive? It's about relocation assistance not provided. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a specific statement about the role. I'd keep it maybe under Benefits? But it's not a benefit; it's a limitation. Could be included in Benefits section as a note. However instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly those; it's about relocation assistance. I'd keep it. But we need to check if any other boilerplate: "Even if you don't feel that you meet every requirement listed in this job description, we still encourage you to apply." That's encouraging to apply; maybe keep as part of About the Team? It's at start. Could be included in About the Team paragraph. Now we need to ensure we don't include any application instructions like "Apply now" etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's write:

          About the Team
