Assistant Store Manager - Zales - Ashley Park
About the role
We are seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team as Assistant Store Managers. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards to achieve sales and profit projections
- Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
- Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
- Recruit and select new team members
- Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
- Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jeweler or specialty retailer setting
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
