Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. They are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown activities.
• Ensures maximum sales/profitability by managing Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and inventory control.
• Supports the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• A flexible schedule is required.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
