Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to ensure maximum sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assist with staffing, setup, and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain guest services standards.
• Develop and manage store staff.
• Control expenses and minimize shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
• Capability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $17.55 to $17.80 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
