Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $17.55 to $17.80 per hour, contingent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Oregon Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

• Ages 18 and older.
• A flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
