About the role
The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $17.92 - $18.17 per hour, contingent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include New Jersey Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
- Supports the Store Manager in various tasks including Guest Services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory control.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
- A flexible schedule is necessary.
- The physical demands of the job include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
