About the role
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Develop staff and manage team performance
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Oversee merchandising and inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience
Physical demands
- 8+ hours of standing and walking daily
- Climbing ladders and setting up fixtures
- Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
